How To Order
Please use our secure online
ordering system to order using your Visa, Mastercard,
or Discover credit card. Here’s how the process works:
- Add To Bag -
At the bottom of each product page is a button
labeled "Add to Bag". Enter the quantity you
wish to order and add the product to your online
shopping bag.
- Shopping Bag - Select
"Shopping Bag" at the top right of any page
to review the contents of your order and make
any changes.
- Checkout – From your shopping
bag, start the payment process.
- Customer Address - Fill
out your address and billing information.
- Payment – Review your
order and address information. Enter your credit
card information. Sales tax of 6% is applied
to Florida residents.
- Order Confirmation - Review
and print your order confirmation. You will
also receive an order confirmation via
email.
- Shipping Information Email
- You will receive an email when your order
ships providing the tracking number and information
for your shipment.
- Packing Slip - A packing
slip will be enclosed with your shipment. It
will not show pricing information.

All furniture is boxed
for shipment. Each furniture webpage indicates
whether
the piece
requires partial assembly or is fully
assembled.
Each
furniture webpage also indicates whether
the piece ships
Standard
Ground or Motor Freight. Furniture listed
as Standard Ground will be shipped
via FedEx Ground service.
Our larger furniture
pieces are shipped as Motor Freight, which
is transported by an LTL trucking company
and delivered
TO YOUR CURBSIDE.
The
delivery driver can usually move your
furniture
to an easily accessible location such as
a garage or side yard, but the driver may
need help carrying larger furniture pieces
such as a dining tables. If you have any
questions about motor freight
shipping,
please contact
us.
When
your order ships, tracking information
is emailed
to you so that you can track the progress
of your
shipment.
In some cases, such
as for a dining set order, products listed
as Standard Ground (i.e.
chairs) may be sent via motor freight along
with the table. The tracking number email
will let you know the status of all products
in your order.

provide a full refund of the purchase price
of any furniture product for any reason
within sixty (60) days of the receipt
of the purchased product. To obtain a refund,
the furniture product must be in its ORIGINAL
UNASSEMBLED AND UNWEATHERED CONDITION and
must be returned in the original packaging.
The Customer is responsible for return
shipping charges. Please obtain a Return
Authorization by calling or emailing us
before returning any merchandise. Cushions
are made to order and cannot be returned
under this guarantee.
Three Year
Warranty
Our furniture bears a limited
three year warranty. Furniture
purchased through www.ipefurniture.com is
warranted to the original owner to be free
of defects in material
and
workmanship
for the period of three years from the date
of purchase. This warranty also extends to
defects caused by wood rot and insect infestation
for the same period.
Defects are defined as imperfections that
impair the utility of the product. This warranty
applies to conditions of normal use, and
does not apply to damage resulting from abuse,
commercial use, or acts of nature. This warranty
does not apply to non-structural surface
cracks or to variations in wood color due
to weathering.
If a furniture component is deemed defective
within the terms of the warranty, ipefurniture.com may make repairs or provide for repair services
at no cost to the customer. If a repair cannot
be made, a replacement part or piece will
be furnished at no cost to the customer.
ipefurniture.com must approve all warranty
related repairs, and unauthorized repairs
void this warranty.
This warranty does
not cover shipping damage. Shipping damage
must be reported directly
to ipefurniture.com immediately upon receipt
of products. Please save all product packaging
for a short period of time in the event that
return shipping is required.
Privacy Policy
We do not provide
your personal information to any third
party.
When you place an order, the information
collected and stored includes your name,
address,
telephone
number, and
email address. Your credit
card information is collected at the time
of purchase, but it is not stored on our
server. Credit card information is sent
directly
to Bank of America’s
secure server via Thawte SSL encryption
technology hosted by our ISP.
